Refund/Returns: No Returns. No Refunds.
We are not providing any kind of return and refund.

For Exchange
SFPZone can exchange the delivered product of same value, given the product is unused and in perfect condition.

Exchange Procedure:
File for exchange within 3 days of the receipt of your product.
we will require upto 3 business days from our claim approval team to get it processed further.

You may raise a request for exchange by writing to us at sfpzone@gmail.com. It should be raised within the time specified above schedule.
The customer has to upload the pictures/images of the damaged/defective/wrong product they have received. Make sure the damage/defect/wrong is clearly visible in the sent picture or image.

On receipt of the exchange request, we may arrange the pickup for the damaged/defective product if found satisfactory by our Quality Assurance Team.
Kindly note if your pin code does not fall in the COD deliverable area or if we are unable to arrange a reverse pickup in case approved by our Quality Assurance team, you have to arrange the shipping of the product back to us.
The defective product to be returned should be finely packed with the original packing and tags. We will only process the exchange request after we receive the product.
The size changes are subject to product conditions & other parameters meeting our return policy.
In case you make a wrong order, you have to return the product at your expense. Only after the receipt of the product at our end, we will replace the product with your choice up to the same amount, and the courier will be sent on a paid basis.
All items purchased during any Sale Event on our website cannot be exchanged/cancelled/replaced except for damaged products and delivery of wrong products.
In cases of sizes not fitting, we don't offer refunds but offer exchanges for the same. Just email us the size you need, and we will process the size exchange.


Cancellation Policy
We believe in helping our customers as far as possible & have therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this, cancellation will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of confirmation of orders. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the unauthorized.
No cancellations are entertained for those orders that have been placed during sale/festive events.
In case you feel the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product.
The customer service after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision. In case of complaints regarding wrongly placed products, no refund or exchange will be entertained.

Terms & Conditions Privacy Policy
Our customer care executives will never call you to ask for your credit/debit card number, CVV number, OTP, etc.    
We will never ask for your ATM pin or your online password.
We will never share your details with anyone without your prior consent.
