RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

SIZE EXCHANGES & RETURNS POLICY

  • All returns for exchange are only valid for 10 calendar days from the time you receive the original order of goods.

  • We accept returns only in cases of products having any manufacturing defects or wrong product delivery. We manufacture the products ourselves and are sure that the product being delivered is as per the fabric description given on the product page.

  • For the rest, we offer exchanges.

  • The terms and conditions on the website are constantly changed and updated without prior notice. You are recommended to review the site regularly for updates. It will be taken for granted for the consistent users & the ones that place an order with us, that they have accepted the terms & conditions along with the changes.

  • Reverse pickup facility is available only in pin codes where COD is available. For the rest, customers need to send the packet back to us at the address given for which Courier Charges up to Rs.120 are refunded back.

Follow the below mentioned steps for easy returns:

  • You may raise a request for return by writing to us at sfpzone@gmail.com. It should be raised within the time specified above schedule.

  • The customer has to upload the pictures/images of the damaged/defective product they have received. Make sure the damage/defect is clearly visible in the sent picture or image.

  • On receipt of the return request, we may arrange the pickup for the damaged/defective product if found satisfactory by our Quality Assurance Team.

  • Kindly note if your pin code does not fall in the COD deliverable area or if we are unable to arrange a reverse pickup in case approved by our Quality Assurance team, you have to arrange the shipping of the product back to us. And we will refund the courier charges to you up to Rs.120.

  • The defective product to be returned should be finely packed with the original packing and tags. We will only process the refund/exchange request after we receive the product.

  • The size changes are subject to product conditions & other parameters meeting our return policy.

  • In case you make a wrong order, you have to return the product at your expense. Only after the receipt of the product at our end, we will replace the product with your choice up to the same amount, and the courier will be sent on a paid basis.

  • All items purchased during any Sale Event on our website cannot be refunded/canceled/replaced except for damaged products and delivery of wrong products.

  • In cases of sizes not fitting, we don't offer refunds but offer exchanges for the same. Just email us the size you need, and we will process the size exchange.

Cancellation Policy

  • We believe in helping our customers as far as possible & have therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this, cancellation will be considered only if the request is made within 36 hours of confirmation of orders. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the unauthorized.

  • No cancellations are entertained for those orders that have been placed during sale/festive events.

  • In case you feel the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product.

  • The customer service after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision. In case of complaints regarding wrongly placed products, no refund or exchange will be entertained.

Reverse Pickup Facility

  • The reverse pickup on prepaid basis will be done only in cases where SFPZone has shipped a wrong/defective product than ordered.

  • In cases of sizes not matching those ordered & as displayed in the size chart on the website of SFPZone, the product has to be sent back on a paid basis to our office address.

Terms & Conditions Privacy Policy

  • Our customer care executives will never call you to ask for your credit/debit card number, CVV number, OTP, etc.

  • We will never ask for your ATM pin or your online password.

  • We will never share your details with anyone without your prior consent.

  • By purchasing the product of SFPZone, you are fulfilling and agreeing to all the terms & conditions of SFPZone.
